- Communication data: message content, attachments, and conversation history if you contact support.
- Website data: basic visit records and language preference.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
This section matters as much as the previous one. We confirm that we do not collect, do not receive, and do not store:
- Your artificial intelligence API key. It is stored only in a settings file on your own device.
- The prompts, keywords, and command text you write.
- Reference images, videos, output images, or any other file you create or load through the Software. All such files remain on your device.
- The detailed technical log the Software produces. It is written to a local folder on your device and is never sent to us.
- Payment card data. We never receive, view, or store card numbers or their authentication data.
4. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes, on the basis of performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or legitimate interest:
- Issuing, validating, and managing Licence Keys and ensuring use within licence limits.
- Processing payments, renewals, and cancellations.
- Providing technical support and answering your enquiries.
- Preventing abuse, key sharing, and payment fraud.
- Meeting tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by a payment provider acting as merchant of record. That provider collects and processes your payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive only the summary information required to manage your subscription.
6. Third-Party Artificial Intelligence Services
When you use the prompt generation or video generation features, the Software sends requests directly from your device to the artificial intelligence provider using your own API key. Those requests do not pass through our systems.
The data relationship between you and that provider is governed by their privacy policy. We encourage you to read it before submitting any material.
7. Sharing of Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following parties and only as far as necessary:
- The payment provider and licence issuer, to process transactions and manage licence validity.
- Technology infrastructure providers we use to operate the service, under confidentiality obligations.
- Law enforcement or competent authorities, where required by law.
8. Storage and Retention Periods
Subscription and transaction data is kept for the duration of the subscription relationship and for the period required by tax and accounting rules. Licence check records are kept for no longer than twelve months. Support communication data is kept for no longer than twenty-four months.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including access restriction, encryption of communication channels, and monitoring. No system is entirely immune, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
