sidejob writes abstract background animations from the sentences you type, one line per video, then fills in the metadata and prepares CSV files for seven agencies at once. Everything runs on your own computer.

Three jobs, one window
The flow follows a contributor's actual working order, from writing the prompts to files ready for upload.
Video
One line of prompt equals one video. No quantity limit. MP4 or MOV output, plus a 300 dpi JPG still.
Metadata
Titles, descriptions, keywords, categories and iStock keywords. Exports CSV for Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Freepik, Dreamstime, Pond5, Canva and iStock.

Nothing to install beyond the application itself.
Write the prompts
Type your command list, one line per video. Blank lines are ignored, lines starting with a hash are treated as notes.
Set the output
Duration, FPS, orientation, size up to 4K, format, and whether you want video, stills, or both.
Press Start
A time estimate appears from the outset, and sharpens itself once the first video is done.
What makes it different
Not an image from a generative model
The artificial intelligence here does not draw a single pixel. Its job is to translate your sentence into a visual specification and then write that out as animation code. The picture is produced by a rendering engine from that code, frame by frame, the same way ordinary motion graphics software works.
Runs on your computer
Your prompts, images and videos are never sent to our servers. The files stay on your machine, and your API key is stored only locally.
No quantity limit
However many lines you write will be worked through. There is no daily quota from our side.
An honest time estimate
The app reads your processor core count, memory and graphics card, then works out how long the job will take before you press Start.
AI service costs are separate and not part of this price. sidejob uses the artificial intelligence service from kie.ai, and you use your own account and API key there. Usage is billed directly to you by kie.ai. We do not sell that service and take no part of its cost. Creating an account there is free.

Frequently asked questions
Does this count as AI generated imagery?
The artificial intelligence translates your sentence into a visual specification and writes it out as animation code. The picture is produced by a rendering engine from that code, frame by frame, rather than synthesised by a generative model. Even so, labelling rules differ between stock libraries and can change, so check the rules of the platform you upload to before choosing a label.
Does the licence price include AI costs?
No. You use your own kie.ai account, and usage is billed directly by them. The price above covers the right to use the software only.
How long does one video take?
It depends on your computer, the duration and the resolution. The app works out its own estimate before you press Start, and the figure sharpens after the first video finishes.
Can I use it on two computers?
One licence key covers one device. You can release it from the old device at any time through the Licence button, then use it on the new computer.
What if I am offline?
The app keeps working for up to seven days from the last successful licence check. The days remaining are shown at the top of the window.
Which agencies are supported for metadata?
Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Freepik, Dreamstime, Pond5, Canva and iStock. Each agency gets its own CSV file with columns matching its template.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments already received are final, with limited exceptions such as a duplicate charge or an unauthorised transaction. The details are in the Refund Policy.
Is there a macOS or Linux version?
The installer available today is for Windows 10 and 11 only. A macOS version is in preparation and will be announced on this page once it has been tested. The app is written in Python and Qt, so support for other systems is open, but we would rather not sell something we have not tested ourselves.
